Barrens has merged into Elwynn. Elwynn is open and Stonetavern runs one Vanilla realm again.
Barrens players keep their login. Pick Elwynn in the realm list. Characters, names, gold, items, mail and guilds moved with you. If a character or guild name already existed on Elwynn, you choose a new name at your first login.
Accounts with more than 10 characters have the rest parked, not deleted. A ticket brings them back when a slot is free. Running auctions were cancelled and the items came back by mail, together with bids and listing fees.
Characters with three main professions keep two. The profession to drop was chosen by in game mail to Innkeeper, as announced by mail on October 18. If no choice was sent, we keep the two that work best together, and the higher skill decides.
The Barrens extras end. Elwynn stays pure Classic. When TBC comes, every character is copied 1:1 to the TBC realm with the same login.
