OG Vanilla

Elwynn

The game, kept.

Pure Classic Vanilla — a Normal PvE realm, faithful 1.12. Tuned where it was broken, changed nowhere else.

34days since launch

What it is

Vanilla, exactly as it was.

No remix, no custom content, no transmog or dungeon finder. The 1.12 game, run honestly: bugfixes where the original was broken, and nothing else touched. A museum you can live in.

  • Normal PvE — open-world PvP as it was, no battlegrounds bent out of shape
  • x1 rates — the real climb, no boosts
  • No layering — one world, one Azeroth
  • Cross-faction grouping, chat and trade
  • Cheap respec — talent resets stay capped low, so you can experiment
  • No shop, nothing for sale, no pay-to-win
  • A ready-to-play client — download and go

Open since June 2026. The 1–60 climb is on now — Molten Core and Onyxia open once eighty players reach sixty. No invented dates; it opens when the realm gets there.

Why kept

A museum you can live in.

We left the 1.12 game untouched because it was already whole — one world, no layering, where you meet the same faces at the same inn instead of a stranger on every shard. Horde and Alliance share the table here; a small house is one community, not two. Nothing is for sale, so everything you carry, you earned. It's a tavern at the crossroads — stay an hour or a year, the door's open and the fire's lit.

The contract

What will not change.

If you only read one part before you download the client, read this. It is the deal between the house and the people inside it.

Nothing is for sale

No shop, nothing ever sold, no Patreon, no "supporter" perks. No money ever touches the game — no advantage is for sale, at any price.

The museum realm stays Vanilla

Blizzlike, nothing boosted. No transmog, no LFG tool, no Vanilla+. One deliberate exception: Horde and Alliance share chat, groups and dungeons — a small community is one table, not two. Beyond that, only invisible bug-fixes and small account comfort.

AI gnomes watch, humans decide

Little AI gnomes keep an eye out for griefing, hacking and the like and report it. Every ban is then reviewed and issued by human hand, can be appealed, and the numbers are posted publicly.

No hidden house rules

Rules, operational changes, and monthly transparency live on the site. If something changes, it is written down.

Realm record

The shape of the world.

Slow progression, normal rates, a PvE realm, and rules that protect the people who actually play.

Core
Faithful Classic Vanilla — tuned for accuracy, stability, and the old shape of the game
World
This Normal realm has no layering and no sharding. In a small house you actually meet the same people
Rates
No boosts — XP, gold, drops and reputation exactly as Blizzard set them
Start
Level up first; the first raids open two weeks after 80 accounts reach level 60
Progression
MC + Ony → Dire Maul → ZG → BWL → Call to Arms → AQ → Naxx — one content patch about every two months across a ~15-month roadmap, then the road stays open
PvP
A PvE realm — no forced world PvP. Use /pvp only if you want a fight; battlegrounds and honor work just like Classic Vanilla
Economy
No RMT, no GDKP, no staff advantage
Accounts
Email registration, CAPTCHA path, one real person behind the character

The road

From the Core to the necropolis.

We open one content patch at a time, the ruleset fixed at 1.12 throughout. The first raids open two weeks after 80 accounts reach level 60; from there a new patch roughly every two months — about a fifteen-month roadmap — carries us from Molten Core to Naxxramas. Then the road stays open.

Start

Three steps, then you're in.

The museum keeps the game; this gets you into it. Account, client, character — then the door's open.

  1. 01

    Create your account

One account works in the game and on the site. You can play right away; email confirmation only unlocks Armory and character pages.

Log in, make a character, and settle into a small PvE realm built around people, not accounts or payment tiers.

The honest part

Free, and staying that way.

Donations keep the lights on — they buy nothing in game, ever. Everything that matters here, you earn. And if you ever want the road instead of the museum, the door to Barrens is right next to this one.
